New Zealand made a clean sweep in the 2 match Twenty20 - T20 series against world champions India as the won the 2nd T20 by 5 wickets at Wellington on Friday, 27th February, 2009 in a thrilling encounter.India again lost the toss and invited to bat first and they again repeated the same story of 1st T20 and managed only 149 runs in 20 overs. Only Yuraj Singh score half century with 50 runs.
New Zealand started well but slowed down against spinners but T20 star Brandon McCullum stand tall with 69 runs off 55 balls with 8 fours and a six and score 12 runs in the last 5 balls to sealed the win.
