Pakistan has done really well so far after beating arch rival India in the practice game then defended a big total against New Zealand and then thrashed Bangladesh. Mohammad Hafeez leafing from the front while Imran Nazir and Kamran Akmal are in good form and it is difficult to play Saeed Ajmal in those pitches.
South Africa really need to remove the chokers tag and so far they didn't get major opponent but they have very good side as Hashim Amla is in form of his life and the experience of Kallis with firing of de Villiers and Duminy. They have one of the best fast bowling pair in the form of Dale Steyn and Morn Morkel.
